Course Title: Cultural Adaptation of Self-Report Scales and Classical Psychometric Analyses (Validity and Reliability)

Course Purpose: The purpose of this course is to enable participants to adapt self-report scales to the Turkish language and conduct the classical psychometric analyses necessary for validity and reliability.

Course Duration: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Course Capacity: 20 Participants

Who can attend the course: Researchers and research assistants who have not received any previous training in scale adaptation and validity-reliability and who want to work in this field

Prerequisite for Course Participation: Basic knowledge of statistics and analysis with SPSS.

Course Title: Randomized Controlled Trials in Health: Design, Implementation, and Reporting Training

Course Objectives: This course aims to provide fundamental knowledge and skills regarding the design, implementation, data analysis, and reporting processes of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in healthcare. Participants are expected to understand the building blocks of the RCT process and enhance their competence in research protocol development and evaluation.

Course Capacity: 15 People

Who Can Participate:Academicians, undergraduate and graduate students, healthcare professionals, and researchers working in midwifery, nursing, medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and other healthcare fields who plan to conduct RCTs or wish to improve their knowledge and skills in this area.

Prerequisite for Participation in the Course: Participants are expected to have taken at least one research methods course during their schooling. This prerequisite aims to provide the methodological background necessary to understand the fundamental concepts of RCTs.
